These terms cover the SoulTwins website (www.soultwins.com) and the SoulTwins app for iPhone. They are short and written in plain English. By using SoulTwins, you agree to them.
What SoulTwins is
SoulTwins is for personal reflection and entertainment. The soul archetype quiz, the daily reflections, the journal and the Soul cards are prompts for thinking about yourself and the people close to you.
What SoulTwins is not
- SoulTwins is not therapy, and it is not medical or psychological advice. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional or someone you trust.
- SoulTwins is not fortune-telling. Your archetype describes tendencies you recognize in yourself; it does not predict events or tell you what to decide.
Soul cards and messages you send
You are responsible for the content of the Soul cards and soul messages you send. The message travels inside the link you share, so anyone who has the link can read it. Please don't send anything unlawful, hateful or harassing, or anything you would not want the recipient to keep.
No warranty
SoulTwins is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of SoulTwins.
The iPhone app
The SoulTwins app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add to that agreement; where they conflict, the standard EULA applies.
Privacy
How SoulTwins handles data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: no accounts, no tracking, and the app keeps your data on your device.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use SoulTwins after a change means you accept the updated terms.
